Ylara Khalsa has been practicing Holistic Arts for 13 years. She believes healing is a co-creative process in which an individual has the opportunity to come to terms with his/her ability to deal with pain: be it physical, emotional or mental, and then consciously create an intention for change. Once this has occurred, there becomes an openness to attract the many opportunities for health, being physical, mental or spiritual.
She is a licensed Massage therapist, Biofeedback practitioner, Neuromuscular Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and a Trigger Point Therapist. Ylara is a Nutrition Educator and works with diverse Geometric matrices to reppattern body mind and spirit. In her many journeys, she has learned many diverse cultural and ancient modalities to assist her clients reclaim their ability to heal. Her touch is powerful, her voice transformative, and her intentions kind and compassionate. She blends techniques in a creative way to assist the individual needs of each client. She does what she loves, and loves what she does.
